Jupiter Artland

Beautifully situated in the private grounds of Bonnington House, Jupiter Artland offers a new calibre of sculptural installation. The 100-acre estate and Jacobean manor house were bought by Robert and Nicky Wilson in 1999, and have since been transformed into the beautiful spectacle of Jupiter Artland. As avid sculpture collectors already, on purchasing the grounds Robert and Nicky invited many contemporary artists to create pieces which would be exhibited in the soon-to-be sculpture garden. Now, when you visit the space and take in the artwork, you will discover that each piece bears a distinct significance to its location in the garden and invites you to learn of its own story of how it came to be in the garden. Weaving around the works of art and discovering their tales offers an idyllic way to spend an afternoon... and that's before you've evn reached the cafe!

Jupiter Artland is only open in the summer months, May-September, and it’s recommended that you give yourself a good few hours to wander around. It’s the kind of place you can get easily lost in!
