The Virgins - One Week of Danger

Miami beach meets spunky Paris; this is pop rock for the seemingly over-catered post Bowie glory era. As fun and innocent as it seems, it leaves little to be explored in this saturated sub genre of rock. Though the catchy chorus line, as much as it seems like it belongs in on the opening credits to the newest Hollywood teenage flick, sort of does reel you in. One Week of Danger is an easy yet unchallengeable tune. It’s time for your party princess dress. It‘s florescent, it’s cheeky. And well, it’s also just a tad fun.
