If the remnants of Creed that spawned Alter Bridge aren't currently sobbing uncontrollably, frantically dry brushing themselves until they bleed in an attempt to escape the feeling of profound grubbiness that comes from recording a turkey like Rise Today, then they are surely proof that the body snatchers have already invaded. This song is shit. Vapid, commercial shit. As if that weren't bad enough, Kennedy and Tremonti, the serial axe-abusers in question, are at pains to point out that Rise Today is in no way a political statement.
