Nick Cave is back with the Bad Seeds and the title track from their latest LP is a gritty rocker. The number finds its groove the second it begins, as a soulful organ progression launches along with a chant of "Lazarus Dig yourself back in that hole" and stays interesting with its funky drums and dirty guitar. Cave sounds almost jubilant as he tells the tale of Larry, the modern Lazarus who "never asked to be raised from the tomb."
