Falko Brocksieper - Heavy Day

The music and atmosphere draw you in slowly, before subtly trapping you in their own warped little world

There is a real element of danger here. Black, looping house and techno sounds gradually cave in under the weight of the bass; the sounds here call to mind the delights of Leftfield and Death In Vegas. The menacing grooves pull you in, well past the point of no return. Wide panoramic stretches of music lay themselves out, just waiting for you to explore them. The music and atmosphere draw you in slowly, before subtly trapping you in their own warped little world. It hums and vibrates in all the right places. Everything is here for a purpose - and it knows it, too. It’s beaty enough to attract the casual clubber and canny enough to shift these beats and let the drones run riot.
