With so many tours rattling through nearly every town with a PA these days - combined with the relentless collection of live clips and streams at our digital fingertips - perhaps there isn't any real need for whole live albums such as Live On Lansdowne anymore.

That being said, as a precursor to the Murphys' upcoming UK tour, there are few better ways to get you in the mood.
