Album title: Club Azuli 3, The Future Sound of the Underground
Artist: V/A
Label: Azuli Records
Club Azuli (resident club night at The Cross in London) have released their third two-disc compilation CD, featuring electronic and soulful edged house. Interestingly, the album is available in both mixed and unmixed formats – the mixed for the clubber and the unmixed for all the bedroom DJs out there. Included are huge releases such as Outwork's 'Electro Love', Pryda's 'Remember' and an outstanding remix by Kurd Maverick of Basement Jaxx's 'Back to Your House'. Fans of fresh, funky house will enjoy this collection of current and upcoming hits from clubland. In conjunction with this release, the Azuli Records crew is embarking on an international tour, including Johannesburg, Dubai, Brazil, and Edinburgh's Liquid Rooms on 24 Mar with Germany's Kurd Maverick as guest DJ. Known for always providing supreme parties wherever they go, if you're looking for the biggest in electronic house cuts then make sure to get your hands on this album. [Karen Taggart]
