On this week's Cloud Sounds, a weekly playlist of new music curated by The Skinny, we have the return single from our favourite Dundonian power trio Fat Goth (the first fruits from third LP, Hundred Percent Suave, due on 12 May), a track from acclaimed spoken word artist and rapper Kate Tempest, who delivers a catchy slice of dub-flavoured hip-hop for her new label, Big Dada. Four of our favourite electronic artists go head to head, as Phantasy acid-head Daniel Avery remixes a standout cut from Factory Floor's debut, and electro legend Tiga unveils his new collaboration with Ghostly International founder Matthew Dear, under his techno-oriented Audion alias.

Elsewhere we've got Blue Sky Black Death covering Frank Ocean, blistering new tracks from Cloud Nothings and OFF!, and luscious dreamgaze from Shield Patterns. Lost Map Records present a track from the debut EP by Glasgow's Tuff Love, and Broken Social Scene's Kevin Drew invites us to a Mexican Aftershow Party. German experimental pianist Hauschka returns with a slice of frenetic neo-classical complexity, and we preview a track from the Tri-Angle Records debut of abstract grime producer SD Laika.

Finishing up this week's Cloud Sounds, we have a standout track from Canadian synth-pop visionary Trust, taken from his new album Joyland, a 20-minute voyage into hazy ambient textures from Spiritualized main-man J. Spaceman and Oneida's Kid Millions, and, returning us full circle back to Ghostly International, the first track to be unveiled from the scond album by San Francisco post-rock and ambient producer Tycho. Check out the whole playlist below, and follow The Skinny on SoundCloud to keep up to date with our favourites.
