LuckyMe's Advent Calendar, with American Men, Rustie and The Blessings

In the run-up to Christmas, Glasgow-founded electronic music and hip-hop collective LuckyMe have been giving away free downloads, and uploading rare tracks and edits from their ultra-hip roster – we clued you in to their YouTube-based Advent Calendar a while back, but we thought we'd give you a quick refresher of the highlights so far.

First up, there's today;s track, Terra Star by Glasgow's Rustie. An alternate take on City Star, a track from his rather excellent Glass Swords album on Warp, it's available to stream below, and to download from LuckyMe's website

Rewind back a few days, and there's a gem of a track from Rustie's fellow Glasweigians, American Men. Their track Yo, Artdog is a lo-fi, intense slice of cluster-funk with organic drums and swirling synths. It's also available to download, as are all of the tracks from the Advent Calendar.

Another highlight comes from The Blessings - their second track after the earlier reveal of Spiritual America earlier in the month. Not Us, which dropped a few days ago, is a dark and moody slice of lo-fi, synth-driven hip-hop. Check out the other highlights so far from the LuckyMe Advent Calendar, and subscribe to their YouTube channel, here. For downloads, hit up the LuckyMe site.
