Frightened Rabbit share new video for Get Out

Frightened Rabbit have released the video for new single Get Out, taken from their forthcoming fifth LP Painting Of A Panic Attack.

The new album, produced by The National guitarist Aaron Dessner, is the band's first since their major-label debut Pedestrian Verse, released in 2013. Frightened Rabbit's breakthrough LP The Midnight Organ Fight was The Skinny's Album of the Year in 2008.

Describing the story behind the clip, frontman Scott Hutchison said: "It's about that person to whom you are completely addicted. They are a drug, and the one that you don't feel like quitting. They live in your blood and will not leave. I've always found it compelling to write about the physical nature of love and loss, rather than the mental aspect." Watch the video, shot in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, in the player below.

Alongside a short UK tour next month, the band have also been confirmed to play this year's T in the Park festival at Strathallan Castle, Perthshire, alongside John Grant, Jamie xx, Rodrigo y Gabriela and the reforming LCD Soundsystem.

Painting of A Panic Attack is out on 8 April via Atlantic; T in the Park 2016 takes place from 8-10 July at Strathallan Castle, Perthshire. Read our 2014 interview with Frightened Rabbit frontman Scott Hutchison on his solo project Owl John.
