The Skinny Cocktail Column: October

Feature by Penny Green | 05 Oct 2010

Distilled in a 200 year old Scottish copper pot still, Edinburgh Gin is a small batch, big juniper gin with a particular twist... softer, Scottish, less pungent juniper, as well as heather, pine, and milk thistle.

To sample it in a cocktail, head along to Bramble for an Edinburgh Gin & Fentiman's Rose Lemonade garnished with fresh strawberry, or perhaps an Edinburgh Gin & Fentiman's Tonic Water garnished with fresh lemongrass.
