Sleaford Mods, The Ex join Stewart Lee ATP bill

The first wave of acts for next April’s All Tomorrow’s Parties weekender, curated by comedian Stewart Lee, have been unveiled.

Acerbic Nottingham duo Sleaford Mods and Dutch anarcho-punks The Ex feature on the bill, as do Australian piano trio The Necks and Japanese noise legends Boredoms.

Elsewhere on the bill Scottish folk outfit Trembling Bells join John Kirkpatrick to perform Shirley Collins’ 1971 album No Roses in full, with Bardo Pond and Wild Billy Childish also lined up for sets over the weekend at Pontins, Prestatyn, North Wales.

Stewart Lee will perform stand-up sets and chair panels over the course of the festival, which takes place on 15-17 April 2016. All Tomorrow’s Parties' first UK holiday camp weekender since 2013, curated by Turner Prize-nominated artists Jake and Dinos Chapman, takes place next month featuring Ought, The Notwist and Blanck Mass.
