The Phantom Band, Golden Teacher, Hector Bizerk lead Electric Fields line-up

The initial line-up for the Electric Fields festival at Drumlanrig Castle has been announced, with Glasgow-based sextet The Phantom Band, hip-hop crew Hector Bizerk and self-described "party band" Golden Teacher leading the first wave of confirmed acts.

Glasgow thrash trio Paws, electronic pop producer Julian Corrie, aka Miaoux Miaoux, and folk-poppers Randolph's Leap are also on the bill for the one-day festival – the full line-up so far can be found below.

This year will be Electric Fields' second outing, following last year's debut festival which featured sets from Atom Tree, Prides and headliners Fatherson amongst others. The Skinny will be curating the line-up for the festival's new alternative stage, details of which will be revealed in the coming weeks. The festival’s headline act will also be announced shortly.

Electric Fields 2015 takes place on 29 Aug at Drumlanrig Castle, Dumfries & Galloway.
