Tha 4Ce - Biting On The Hook

DJ, promoter, MTV presenter and producer Steve 'Tha 4Ce' Ellington (no relation to Edinburgh-based Irish MC J4Ce) has performed with the legendary BDP, and remixed various US stars like Busta and LL Cool J, to name but a few. His new 12", released in June, is also the soundtrack to the new K-Swiss advert, and comes with the support of legendary hip-hop store Deal Real. A subtle funk bass line and clipping cymbals accompany the understated delivery of the British MC on this percussive track which, although it contains no flashes of genius, is a perfectly solid hip-hop offering.
