Get ready for the St Valentine's Day massacre

Article by Jonathan Robert Muirhead | 05 Feb 2008
Tokyoblu have announced they're moving location from Ego to Cabaret Voltaire, as of February. The team kicks off 2008 with their inaugural club night at the new venue, one day after Valentine's Day. Long-term fans of the club will know their live favourites Stand Fresh and Set Your Soul On Fire, and fingers crossed they'll get a new airing on fresh territory. They have promised to reunite the whole team who helped establish the club as one of Scotland's hottest nights. Last year saw the club consistently sell out, as well as running hugely successful gigs in Glasgow, Aberdeen, London, and Brighton. They also wowed crowds on two separate stages at T In The Park. Nationwide exposure was gained through support from XFM, Radio 1 and Fatboy Slim, who spent much of 2007 introducing the UK to their sound. Get ready for the St Valentine's Day massacre.
