Scotland's number one reggae dancehall soundsystem, Mungo's Hi-Fi, takes a break from its Art School residency for a rare appearance at The Sub Club. Releasing hits since 2001, their debut Wickedness featuring Brother Culture earned rotations from Jah Shaka, John Peel, Mr Scruff and Iration Steppas. One of Europe's most prolific and successful reggae artists, Kenny Knots, will be joining them to give the Sub's bass-bins a proper rinse out. Earning a number one in the reggae charts with Watch How The People Dem Dancing aged just 15, he's also released tracks on Mungo's Scotch Bonnet label. Edinburgh's Riddum Tuffa Soundsystem selectors Adham & Sountuff will also be on hand with a selection of "dancehall reggae, concious new roots, the biggest one drop hits, freshest mixes and ragga jungle beats"; the pair having already played Auld Reekie spots such as The Bongo Club, The Caves, Green Room and Forest Café.
