As one of the headlining acts at this year's eighth annual T on the Fringe festival, Kayne West continues to woo audiences this side of the border. Last year's show at Glasgow's SECC was well received and the Fringe punters will no doubt be expecting something similar. His forthcoming album, Graduation, is due for release at the end of the month; expect some soulful socially aware hip-hop and clever wordplay. His latest singles, Can't Tell Me Nothing and Stronger demonstrate that West is still producing innovative, engaging music; Stronger is a remix of the Daft Punk's Harder Better Faster Stronger original. At £35 it's not for those on a shoestring budget, but Kayne is one of the biggest names in music today and his stage shows are fast becoming the stuff of legend. [Franck Martin]
