Storytime presents Maribou State @ Studio 24, Fri 17 Mar

The first chapter of Storytime launches in Edinburgh this weekend, with special guests Maribou State at the helm. Chris Davids and Liam Ivory have built up a strong international reputation via a string of well-loved EPs and high profile remixes – including Kelis, Ultraísta, Fatboy Slim and Lana Del Rey – and their 2015 debut record Portraits. The duo’s eclectic, genre-defying productions have drawn comparisons with acts like Bonobo, SBTRKT and Gold Panda, and they're seasoned performers at festivals and clubs across the world. With support from Adam Saville and Pugz (£12+bf).

DJ Fett Burger at Wasabi Disco @ Sneaky Pete's, Sat 18 Mar

Following the release of his disco and house-slanted EP Pub 18 / 411 Esperanza last month, Norwegian DJ Fett Burger takes to the decks at Sneaky Pete's this Saturday with support from Kris Wasabi. The founder of the Sex Tags imprint alongside his brother, DJ Sotofett, Fett Burger's releases span house, techno, disco, surf-rock, dub-reggae and everything else in between. Renowned for his wild, individual sets, "the man has an exhilarating way of making very weird music both danceable and uplifting" (£7+bf).

Denis Sulta presents Isla Sorna with Sulta & BIG MIZ @ Cabaret Voltaire, Fri 24 Mar

Do you dig dinosaurs? Tickets are down to the third and final release for this upcoming night from FLY Club party-starter Denis Sulta. According to FLY, "we all know how much Denis Sulta loves Jurassic Park, and as such we will be fully transforming the club into Isla Sorna (the island of Jurassic Park)." (£12+bf).
