Radio one presenter, Club rocking DJ, and queen of the Breezeblock; Annie Mac brings her eclectic mix of floor fillers and underground gems to the hallowed walls of 22 Jamaica Street. If the track list off her recent compilation, A to Z, is any thing to go by, expect the Sub Club to be grooving to the likes of Hot Chip, Goldfrapp, Q Tip, Justice, Orbital and the Knife, to name but a few. Her mixes tend to be diverse enough so that everyone will be able to have a dance to a favourite track in some shape or form. Besides the Sub Club she is playing some impressive festivals this summer, including Glastonbury, Electric Picnic and Bestival so to say that Ms Mac is something of a legend would be a tad of an understatement. Supporting the electro disk jockey will be London's bass-heavy DJ/producer Harvey while this particular round of the Mixed Bizness club night will also see oddity DJ Boom Monk Ben blend his mix of hip-hop, house, drum and bass and electronica.
