Ade Fenton Top 10 DJ Chart

Ade Fenton: UK techno star, Atomic Jam resident, and now Gary Numan's cohort, has just released his debut album. Having entwined his frankly disturbing and thundering techno sound with harder, and yet, more melodic industrial facets in his new projects, his next venture is to produce Gary Numan's new album later this year. Ade's new album Artificial Perfect is out now on Submissive Records.

1. Nine Inch Nails - Vessel (Nothing)
Taken from their new album Year Zero, this track is classic NIN. Full of wonderful sounds and crunching distortion.

2. CombiChrist - What The Fuck Is Wrong With You People? (Metropolis)
Techno meets Industrial. Awesome live band at the top of their game at the moment.

3. Gary Numan vs. Ade Fenton - The Leather Sea (Submission/Universal)
Had to put one of ours in here. This is the new single, coming out on 23 July.

4. Ulterior - Weapons (Accelerated Youth)
Forthcoming on their new label, these boys are like The Sex Pistols on speed, and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

5. Surgeon - Floorshow Parts 1 & 2 (Counterbalance)
Surgeon is one of the few techno artists left making original, crafted music for the dancefloor. A stunning double EP.

6. Sulpher - Delete (CDR)
Forthcoming album from Rob Holliday & co. Not sure which label it's coming out on, but if you like NIN, check this out.

7. Terence Fixmer - In Dust (IDJG)
Hard as nails, intense techno with an industrial edge. Causes chaos in every club I play it.

8. Dave Clarke - Remixes & Rarities (News)
It's easy to forget just how many classic tracks DC has released. This contains many, including the beautiful Affirmative Magnolia.

9. Joey Beltram - Sludge (CDR)
Still unreleased, but hopefully on the way soon.

10. Ade Fenton - The Last Temptation (Primate)
Forthcoming on Primate, this is my first new techno material for a year. Dark.
