The Hebridean

Originally opened by celebrity chef Nico Simeone under the name Public House by Nico, the latest venture from the Nico Group has rebranded as The Hebridean.

The gastropub aims to bring a taste of The Hebridean Isles to Glasgow's West End, with drinks supplied by Isle of Harris Gin, seafood from Uig Lodge Smoked Salmon and interiors by Harris Tweed.

As well as developing an extensive and mouth-watering main menu and vegetarian menu, The Hebridean's Sunday Roast menu is an absolute steal. Select from two courses for £20 or three courses for £23 and wash it all down with a house Bloody Mary, made with Colonsay vodka, tomato, basil salt, lovage and chilli.
