San Carlo Cicchetti

San Carlo Cicchetti is one of three in a chain across the country. Manchester’s take on the restaurant is located on Deansgate, inside House Of Fraser. This authentic Italian restaurant serves up their own take on the Venetian custom of ‘cicchetti’ - meaning small plate dishes to share - essentially an Italian take on tapas. The restaurant is open throughout the day - during the morning grab some eggs or a bacon sandwich, or try their ‘Great Cicchetti Breakfast’. Throughout the rest of the day and into the evening settle down for a meal of pasta, meat, fish, and ‘piatti da dividere’ - a selection of traditional Italian antipasti dishes.
