Don't be disappointed! Why not pop over to the Lush Spa in Edinburgh for something similar to Willow Trading? It's a bit of a trek from Glasgow, sure - but we've heard good things.

Willow trading was an a gorgeous little retreat situated where Byres road meets the Great Western Road, across from the Botanic Gardens. It offered everything your weary little urban bod could yearn for, from massages, reiki and facials to the kookier realms of hypnosis and flotatation in their lauded flotation tank.  There were even opportunities for less glamorous but equally important treatments like colonic irrigation and allergy testing.

It was also the Glasgow go-to for all your favourite lotiony-potiony ranges like Dr Haushka and Neal's Yard Remedies. With a decent selection of brands and tfriendly, knowledgeable assistants, Willow Trading made the process of picking out a new facewash as smooth as a well-moisturised elbow.

Sadly, this wee relaxation spot is no more. In its place is a bridal accessories shop called Melle Cloche; a pales-and-pastels paradise filled with Grecian dresses and lashings of fabric.
