Nam Tuk Tram Stop

The Nam Tuk Tram Stop is a one-stop Pan-Asian hotspot, a continental chop-shop, the Far East served up ad hoc, Korean barbeque coming in hot, cool sushi straight off the chop block, with Thai curries, Miso soups and Katsu chicken, the list goes on like dot dot dot.

Its Partickbridge location has gained a bit of a reputation in recent years for being jinxed, with a host of bright-eyed barmen and restaurateurs charging in, only to humbly retreat after a short and very quiet residency. Nam Tuk has taken up the challenge with a vigor, taking the sleepy, slightly out of the way spot off of Byres Road and transforming it into a manga-covered, bamboo-entwined visual explosion.

Drawing on culinary styles from across Asia, the choice is vast and varied, making it a perfect dinner destination for groups that can never quite agree on what to eat.
