 And I guess the proof is in the pour because out of all their mad, futuristic, bean-roasting alchemy comes one undeniably fine cup of coffee.

 Having spent the last few years cutting their teeth and perfecting their techniques at markets and festivals across the country, they’ve now settled down into their snug Southside shop to spend their weekends free from tempestuous weather and the limitations of the pop-up lifestyle, ready and able to take their coffee game to the next level. Speciality coffee shops can easily seem a little stand-offish, the realm of hipsters and coffee nuts reserved for those who talk about their morning cup in terms of fruity notes and South American regions but It All Started Here works hard not only to make its coffee excellent but to make it totally accessible. Their ethos is that coffee is great and great coffee is even better so it should be available to everybody. They went into business for about the best reason imaginable – they have a passion and they want to share it with the world.
