Roll back a few years and there was Lebowski's, a beloved cult film incarnated into a groovy West End bar that matched The Dude's  laid back style and White Russian expertise, and quickly developed a following as fervent as the film's own. Today, the fine folks at Kained Holdings have grown into a true powerhouse with a string of venues across Glasgow and Edinburgh, all imbued with the same idiosyncratic personality as the original and taking the same pride in the high standards of every particular of their produce.

The Kelbourne Saint, once the infamous Crosslands where Begbie glassed that unlucky punter, has been transformed into a stylishly airy, open bar looking to act as a warm hub for the local community. It offers a children’s play area to keep the little ones happy while the bigger ones enjoy a pint from the WEST brewery’s only tank beer system. With the blue skies emblazone across its ceiling, the whole place beams out a warm welcome to kids, adults, dogs and really just anyone looking for a relaxing afternoon in a friendly bar.
