Stramash

Having opened at the tail-end of 2015, Stramash, located on the Cowgate in the heart of Edinburgh’s bustling Old Town, is a new addition to Edinburgh's live music scene which can hold a massive 900 people. The venue itself is spread over two floors and has a good-sized stage for live music at its heart. The venue is also blessed with impressive architecture and a rustic, atmospheric interior with exposed brick and distressed wooden walls mixed with contemporary interior design. What's more, Stramash is also home to Edinburgh’s largest TV screen – perfect for all your sports-watching needs! Run by them-in-the-know at Bruce Taverns, owners of other successful Edinburgh live venues including Whistlebinkies and The Mash House, Stramash is a promising new addition to the Edinburgh live music scene.
