Hector Bizerk – The Bigger Picture (live acoustic session at SxSW 2015)

Video | 07 May 2015

In the second installment from our session with Hector Bizerk at this year's South by Southwest festival, the Glasgow quartet play an acoustic version of The Bigger Picture.

Taken from their EP The Fish That Never Swam, released in September 2014, the track sees the band make full use of their dual percussion set-up. The session was recorded exclusively for The Skinny at the University of Texas amidst an intense gig schedule for the band during their time at this year's festival.

Hector Bizerk also played a stripped-down version of new track Skin & Bone for us – click here to watch the track.

Catch up on our coverage from this year’s SxSW – including diaries from the festival, live tracks from The Twilight Sad and Group of the Altos, and a behind-the-scenes look at Glasgow band United Fruit's festival experience – at our SxSW hub.
