Jon Hopkins, Atoms For Peace videos among UK Music Video Awards winners

Watch some of the winners from this year's UK Music Video Awards 2014, including work to represent Fka Twigs, Peace and Queens of the Stone Age

Promo videos for the likes of Jon Hopkins, Queens of the Stone Age and Thom Yorke side-project Atoms For Peace were among the winners at last night's UK Music Video Awards.

Andrew Thomas Huang's animated video for 'Before Your Very Eyes' by Atoms For Peace won the best alternative video prize, while Dan Sherman won the award for best editing in a video for Jon Hopkins track 'Collider'. The clip for 'Smooth Sailing' by Queens of the Stone Age – starring Josh Homme on a wild Japanese bar crawl – won the best international rock video award.

FKA Twigs was named video artist of the year as well as winning the best budget alternative video prize for 'Papi Pacify', while Japanese director Hiro Murai – the man behind the recent clip for 'Never Catch Me', Flying Lotus' collaboration with Kendrick Lamar – was named director of the year.

DANIELS' bizarre and kinetic video for DJ Snake and Lil Jon's track 'Turn Down For What' was named 2014's video of the year.
