Aubrey Plaza and Jeff Baena discuss zombie comedy Life After Beth: Video Interview

Life After Beth joins Shaun of the Dead and Warm Bodies in the ever-growing rom-zom-com subgenre. It features Parks and Recreation star Aubrey Plaza as the resurrected teenager of the title, who comes back from the dead and slowly changes from her sweet self to a flesh-eating rage monster.

While attending the Edinburgh International Film Festival, we spoke to Plaza and the film's directer, Jeff Baena, who discuss why zombie movies continue to be so popular and which of Life After Beth's cast members – who include Dane DeHaan, Anna Kendrick, Molly Shannon and John C. Reilly – they would save when the dead start rising from the grave.
