Love Music

Love Music, previously known as Avalanche Records, is situated on Dundas Street, just up the steps from Queen Street Station. Inside this Aladdin’s cave of music, indie lovers can while away the hours browsing through the CDs, music DVDs, vinyl and magazines, as well as a wealth of second hand merchandise. Whilst Love Music does stock releases from a selection of mainstream artists, the majority of stock you won't find in larger music stores. The emphasis here is on supporting Scottish music, and local bands can contact the store if they wish them to sell their releases. Staff are clued up on their stock and have even taken the time to hand write all the labels in the shop, including their own personal recommendations and ratings. If you fancy a forage, best leave plenty of time before your train home.
