WHISKI Bar & Restaurant, Royal Mile

What could be more Scottish than savouring a wee dram on the Royal Mile of Edinburgh? Fizzing with atmosphere and full to its whisky-tumbler brim with character, WHISKI now boasts a whole pile of awards and accolades. And for good reason too - fans of the sweet national nectar can sup from a 300 strong selection of malt whiskies. Cult favourite Black Bowmore is up for grabs on request, or if you've a whisky in mind but aren't sure about availability, WHISKI are eager to expand their menu of samples. Not fancying a whisky? Luckily, the bar doesn't disciminate, and offers a selection of cocktails, wine and beer too.

If you're looking to line your stomach before sampling a Scotch or two, you can choose from a menu of seasonal, freshly pepared and locally sourced dishes, including Scottish seafood, Scottish beef, venison and haggis.
