Camera Obscura and World of Illusions

Camera Obscura's distinctive monochrome dome may look like a relic of Edinburgh's Victorian past, but it is in fact one of the city's most lucrative modern attractions. In taking a hike up the Royal Mile you can experience Scotland's capital in a way just not possible in one of those nifty open-top bus tours. Less smoke 'n' mirrors, more periscope and gigantic camera lens, Camera Obscura's world of optical illusion allows visitors to remake the life on the streets below them (one particularly exciting quirk is Obscura's facility to p-p-p-pick up a passerby - not in a flirty way).
