Ad Lib and its fleet of gourmet burgers are taking over Glasgow! And that is no bad thing, certainly when the menu is this reasonable, the food this tasty, and the restaurant this good-looking. In keeping with Ad Lib's two other venues in Hope Street and Merchant City, the dining experience is a fusion of NYC panache and South American flavours.
Setting the West-End venue apart is a private dining facility where up to fourteen guests can enjoy a specially created menu and play DJ for the night with an i-pod doc - at no extra cost!
