St Andrews Aquarium and Catch Beach Bar
The St Andrews Aquarium and Catch Beach Bar are nestled along the coast between the cliffs of Castle Sands and the Old Course Golf Course. Catch, the former nightclub/bar hosts everything from black tie balls and art exhibits to Ministry of Sound DJ's. These events are mostly organized by companies renting the aquarium but tickets are generally possible to get if you know the student scene. Catch itself still has a DJ one night a week and several events a year. With breathtaking views across the ocean from the outside portion of the bar, and segments of the aquarium itself sometimes open at night, this is a unique venue with spectacular views.
