Jazz Bar

The Jazz Bar is a small basement venue with a big, loyal following and a schedule of live music that runs to usually between two and four gigs/open sessions a day, taking you right through to the small hours of the morning (with a 3am license firmly in place, upping to 5am during the festival). Expect old school funk, driving modern jazz and some amazing Hendrix-style solos from resident DJ and electrical guitarist Aki Remally. If you want a seat, best to arrive before 11pm or wait for the late night tequila dancing to commence.
