The Third Door

In the basement of Negociants former Medina has been revamped, renamed and is boasting a new and and better sound system. Under the music and arts venue management of Edinburgh’s own online music portal, Ten Tracks, the programme aims at being both diverse and inclusive, reflecting Ten Tracks' own eclectic remit online. This means both regular club nights and live gigs ranging from acoustic singer/songwriter sessions to reggae, electronica, experimental and a mish-mash of everything inbetween. The venue has a capacity of around 200, and can get quite packed, but contains a number of small 'cave' like areas, as well as cushioned seating areas if you want to escape the inevitable dance frenzy. Although, where’s the fun in that, we ask?
