Blue Restaurant

As a sister venue and neighbour to the West-End's stellar "Atrium", one can hope for great things from the Blue Restaurant. Brilliantly placed for Lothian Road's cultural dot-to-dot of theatres, cinemas and clubs, Blue's oak and glass interior is an homage to modern minimalism, whilst still pulling off a cosy vibe. The various food menus consist largely of Scots mainstays with an Edinburgh sophisticate twist (think Aberdeen Angus ribeye with aioli on the side), all done to a staggeringly high standard.
