Exit Festival

Exit Festival celebrates its ten year anniversary this July and will host over 600 performances across 25 stages within the cobbled streets surrounding Petrovaradin Fortress. Headliners gracing the main stage include Sheffield wordsmiths Arctic Monkeys, Grandmaster Flash, Moby, Patti Smith, Madness, The Prodigy, Lily Allen and the legendary Kraftwerk.

The Dance Arena will offer a line up to rival the main stage, with DJs performing back to back sets all weekend. Carl Cox will go up against Green Velvet, whilst Richie Hawtin will go toe to toe with Dubfire. Japanese Popstars, Etienne De Crecy, Reboot and Gui Boratto all appear live to rattle the foundations of the 18th century fortress that they are contained within, as Kissy Sell Out, Sebastian Ingrosso and Alex Metric promise to carry the event into the wee hours of the morn'.

This truly staggering line-up at one of Europe's most highly regarded music festivals means that the event is expected to sell out soon, but the organisers have released one final batch of 5000 tickets. The new addition of a campsite to the festival means that visitors can stay in the grounds from 6 July until 15 July. A four day pass will skin you a measly £72 and access to the camping area is a very reasonable £14. A very welcome antidote to the ever escalating costs of music festivals, Exit Festival comes highly recommended.
