Copyright in the website is owned by Radge Media and all rights are reserved. All material contained on the site is copyright of Radge Media or under agreement from a copyright owning partner. The design of the Website and all related engineering is under agreement from a copyright owning partner, Matt McLeod. You must not copy, use or modify our software in any manner. You acknowledge that we own the trademarks whether registered or unregistered in the name "The Skinny" and any associated variations thereto together with any device marks, design or artwork ("the Trademarks").

2. Use of content and material
You are permitted to download and print content from the Website for your own personal use. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content of the Website for commercial or non-commercial reasons, in whole or in part without the written agreement of the Director, Sophie Kyle. 3. Registration
There are areas of theskinny.co.uk where you can register to participate and/or view. 8. Competitions Terms and Conditions

By registering with theskinny.co.uk you also accept these terms and conditions for all competitions and promotions operated by theskinny.co.uk.
    •    Competitions are open to all members of the general public except employees of and contributors to The Skinny, their families or any third parties connected to the competition.
    •    Only one entry per person is allowed
    •    Winners will be notified via email after the closing date and prior to the expiry date of the prize
    •    The editor’s decision is final
    •    Entry implies acceptance of these rules
    •    The Skinny assumes that that by entering the Competition you have legal capacity to enter the Competition (i.e. that you are of sufficient age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract). The Skinny reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
    •    The Skinny reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
    •    While every effort is will be made to supply the prize as specified, prizes supplied by third parties cannot be guaranteed
    •    Entrants agree to take part in future publicity, however, The Skinny will not pass your details to other third parties
    •    The Skinny does not accept responsibility for the return of any Competition entries, including those consisting of artistic or other material.
    •    The Skinny cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

If any portion of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other portion of this agreement which shall remain in full force and affect.
