Sound Team - Born to Please

Straight outta the musical mecca that is Austin, Texas, Sound Team finally release their debut single here after enjoying much praise stateside for the album 'Movie Monster'. A six-piece with no less than two electric pianos and one Moog synth, they make a full-bodied yet fundamentally analoge racket that can exert a powerful tug on the old heart strings. Born to Please is a rueful song full of lush guitar-vocal moments that takes its time to reach a pained, staccato chorus.
