Feeder - Lost and Found

Less a rock song than the background noise for a slightly edgy car advert.

Single Review by Andrew Monroe | 16 Apr 2006
Single title: Lost and Found
Artist: Feeder
Label: Echo
Simply put, Lost and Found isn't worth the tape it was recorded on. It's got a brainlessly aggressive guitar-fueled chorus, three coats of studio polish and the kind of lyrics that disaffected fourteen year-olds love to copy down in their notebooks; it's the background noise for a slightly edgy car advert. It's too dull to be camp and sounds a full ten years out of date. Reach for the "fast-forward" button, folks, you'll never get the three minutes you spend listening to this piece of musical flotsam back. [Andrew Monroe]
