5th And Pontiac - Tickity Boo

Glasgow's Mark Tait, aka 5th And Pontiac is the latest in a long line of maverick one-man band performers. Using a computer instead of a bass drum strapped to his back, Tait has added a distinctly modern twist to the ancient image. On new single, 'Tickity Boo', he fuses the old with the new, like Primal Scream welded onto a strung out Cash, banjos and country melodies square off with the dance/dub beats of Vanishing Point.
