Love of Diagrams - EP

A refreshingly unattractive band proliferating Pixies influenced post punk. In an age of style over content, this band slipped past the beauty police via every branch of the ugly tree. The call and response male and female vocals sit well atop some nice atonal guitar work and math rock drum and bass. The opening song, The Pace or the Patience, is the strongest and if their record company gives them a big enough advance, some plastic surgery could see this band become very popular with the scenesters.
