Blaknoisewhitesoul - Rule Breaker

Proof, were it ever needed, that rock 'n' roll is dead.

Single title: Rule Breaker
Artist: Blaknoisewhitesoul
Label: U Discs
Featuring Electric Boy Shock's Kirsty M on vocals, 'Rule Breaker' is another deliciously contrary pop-gem from Scotland's own Blaknoisewhitesoul. Kraftwerk and Sigue Sigue Sputnik influences show strong through what is a lo-fi dance track at heart. Live drums and skuzzy, compressed guitars give an edge of punk to proceedings, while old Casios add a sublime 80s twist. Ringing true with a slight of electro-rock, Blaknoisewhitesoul are proof, were it ever needed, that rock 'n' roll is dead. Let's convert to dance. [Neil Ferguson]
