Gigs in Edinburgh this week

Kiefer Sutherland @ The Queen's Hall, 29 Jun
The Canadian actor, perhaps best known for his portrayal of Jack Bauer in the long-running TV series 24, will be filling Edinburgh's Queen's Hall with his country-tinged tunes tonight following the release of his latest single This Is How It's Done.

Rufus Wainwright @ The Lyceum Theatre, 2-3 Jul
The son of Loudon Wainwright III and Kate McGarrigle, and brother of Martha Wainwright brings his inimitable chops to Edinburgh's Lyceum Theatre this week for two nights of his All These Poses 20th Anniversary Tour.

Start to End: Jeff Buckley's Grace @ Summerhall, 3 Jul
Last time Start to End performed Jeff Buckley’s Grace in full, we called it “a triumph.” If that’s not reason enough to go and see it, then we don’t know what is. Sam West joins all the usual suspects, returning once again to provide vocals in what he describes as “one of the hardest challenges in popular music.” Catch it tonight at Summerhall or at Glasgow's Oran Mor on 4 Jul.
