Gigs in Edinburgh this week

Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds @ Edinburgh Castle, 19 Jul
Big Noel Gallagher stops by the Capital tonight to play a massive outdoor concert at the Castle with his High Flying Birds.

Godflesh @ Summerhall, 20 Jul
When Godflesh played at Barcelona’s Primavera Sound in 2012, one of the food trucks at the festival were serving a ‘Godflesh’ burger and we couldn’t think of anything more fitting. Tonight, while there are unlikely to be any food items at Summerhall named after Birmingham's industrial metallers, meaty basslines, riffs and electronics will be on offer in abundance, of that we can assure you. Support will come from Edinburgh doom metal band Of Spire & Throne. Tickets? Check. Earplugs? Check. You’re ready.

Del Amitri @ Edinburgh Castle, 21 Jul
Do you feel like you're always the last to know? Are you convinced that nothing ever happens here? Well then, roll to Edinburgh Castle tonight to see 80s and 90s purveyors of catchy indie-pop, Del Amitri, you'll have a lovely time we're sure.
