Female-led Scottish arts blog TYCI have revealed details of an all day festival of music, spoken word, arts and performance set to take place in Glasgow later this month.

The Christmas All-Dayer – which takes place on Saturday 20 December – is split between an art, music, film and performance event at the Old Hairdressers from 12pm to 6pm, and a gig and club night hosted at Stereo from 8pm.

The Stereo gig is headlined by solo sets from Helen Marnie of Liverpudlian electro-pop quartet Ladytron, and Frances McKee of Glasgow's own veteran indie rockers The Vaselines, with DJ sets coming from radio presenter Jen Long and Lauren Mayberry of CHVRCHES, among others.

The daytime event features spoken word from Glasgow-based writer and journalist Kirstin Innes and screenings of work by visual artist Rachel MacLean amid a packed programme which can be viewed in full here. Tickets are priced at £12 for the whole event, or £3 for the daytime session and £10 for the gig and club night.
