Royal Blood announce 2015 UK tour

Brighton garage rock duo Royal Blood have announced a new set of UK tour dates for February and March 2015, including their biggest Scottish show to date.

Tickets for Royal Blood’s ten gigs across the UK in February and March go on sale on Fri 17 Oct at 9am via Ticketweb.

The band – bassist and vocalist Michael Kerr and drummer Ben Thatcher – are set for sold-out shows in Glasgow and Manchester in the coming weeks, and will kick off their UK tour with a gig at the Glasgow Barrowland on Sun 22 Feb 2015.

The tour then continues with shows in Plymouth, Bridlington, Portsmouth, Newport, Norwich, Blackpool, Wolverhampton, London and Nottingham.

The band’s meteoric rise in recent times has been powered by their energetic live show, as seen in high-octane sets at Liverpool Sound City and the King Tut’s tent at this year’s T in the Park earlier this year. Royal Blood's self-titled debut LP is among the nominees for this year's Mercury Prize.

Royal Blood February and March 2015 tickets go on sale on Fri 17 Oct at 9am via Ticketweb. Tickets are limited to 4 per person, or 2 per person for the London date. All ticket holders will require photo ID to gain entry to the gig.
