No idea, sorry, I don't eat American foods other than an occasional veggie burger from, um, actually I can't remember the last time I had one, sorry!

There's a decent Indian restaurant in St.Andrews called The Balaka.

Not interested.  

Around the World: Europe
Little Italy in St.Andrews is the best Italian. That's the only European food I'll eat as it's mainly yellow coloured.
